We went through the process of choosing the perfect stone that would work for the specific setting that my fiancé envisioned. It was very seamless from a communication standpoint on which setting worked and then the process from the CAD rendering to receipt of the ring was perfect. I brought in a tourmaline stone that I purchased online. Dan and Nikki helped me set it in a classic setting, in a cost effective way, and with minimal back and forth. They even ordered two different settings from their manufacturer for me to try on in person so I could choose. A great experience!
